I’ve spent decades working along side, nonprofits, corporations, founders, artists, creatives, and small business owners - helping build community, connection and growth that actually lasts.
Much of my work has been public facing.
But the heart of it has always lived behind the scenes - in rooms where decisions were made, in moments where clarity mattered more than the noise.
In seasons of growth and seasons of chaos, when what a business or organization was built on was truly tested.
I’ve seen what holds when things go well.
